Nadine Labaki directed and starred in Capernaum 2018, Where Do We Go Now? 2011, and Caramel 2007. She was born in Beirut in 1974 and studied media at Saint Joseph University. She is married to composer Khaled Mouzanar since 2007 and has two children. She received the Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres and was named one of Variety's 10 Directors To Watch in 2007.
