Stefan Danailov

Stefan Danailov made his screen debut as a teenager in 1956. He gained recognition through the TV series 'Na vseki kilometar'. He played Tsar Boris I in 1985's 'Boris I: Part 1' and crime boss Nuzzo Marciano in Italy's 'The Octopus' 1984. He served as Bulgaria's Minister of Culture from 2005 to 2009 and ran for vice-president in 2011. Danailov died in Sofia on November 27, 2019, from lymphoma.
