Mario Vargas Llosa

Peru

Mario Vargas Llosa won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2010. His novels include The Time of the Hero 1963, The Green House 1965, and Conversation in the Cathedral 1969. He ran for president of Peru in 1990 and died in Lima on April 13, 2025.
