George Martin, called the Fifth Beatle, produced the Beatles' first hit 'Love Me Do' in 1962 and worked with them through 1970. He received a knighthood in 1996 and won the Grammy Award for Album of the Year for Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. His classical training at Guildhall School of Music and Drama shaped his arrangements for songs like 'Yesterday' and 'A Day in the Life'. Martin founded AIR Studios and scored the film Yellow Submarine.
