Rutger Hauer

Rutger Hauer portrayed replicant Roy Batty in Blade Runner 1982 and worked for more than five decades. Born in Breukelen, Netherlands, he gained fame in Dutch films before moving to Hollywood. He won a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor for the TV film Escape from Sobibor 1987. Hauer died of cancer in 2019 at 75.
