Born Blanca Pérez Mora Macias on May 2, 1945 in Managua, Nicaragua. Her father worked as an import-export merchant and her mother was a housewife. She earned a scholarship to study at Sciences Po Paris Institute of Political Studies in France. Influenced by Mohandas Gandhi’s philosophy, she traveled extensively in India before meeting Mick Jagger in September 1970.

Career

Bianca Jagger made her film debut in Flesh Coloured, though it never saw release. She later appeared in The Cannonball Run 1981 as the Sheik’s Sister and played recurring roles on television series including Miami Vice as Carmen and The Colbys. In 1975, she began filming Trick or Treat directed by Michael Apted, but the project was abandoned after she refused to do nude scenes. She also guest starred on Street Hawk and Hotel. Her filmography includes C.H.U.D. II: Bud the Chud 1989 and Success with Jeff Bridges.

Personal life

She began a relationship with Mick Jagger in September 1970 and married him in 1971. Their daughter Jade Jagger was born in 1971. The couple divorced in 1980. French record mogul Eddie Barclay, her lover at the time, introduced her to Mick. A frequent guest at Studio 54, she inspired Billy Joel’s song Big Shot after a dinner with Mick.
